Before reporting a USCIS status-check problem

Add a receipt number and an optional nickname. Case Watch fills the receipt automatically when opening the official USCIS page.

1. Confirm the iPhone has a working internet connection.
2. Tap Check USCIS Status.
3. Complete any USCIS security check shown.
4. Tap USCIS's Check Status button.

Beta builds include a safe diagnostic export under About & Privacy → Beta Diagnostics. Attach it when useful. Do not include a complete USCIS receipt number in screenshots or messages.

USCIS status checks are user-initiated and may require human verification. Case Watch does not provide legal advice.

Saved status and history

A successful check confirms whether the case was saved, updated, or unchanged. Failed and cancelled checks preserve the previously saved result. History contains only changes observed while tracking the case on this device, not a complete USCIS timeline.

Troubleshooting

If USCIS is unavailable, retry later or cancel. If saved cases cannot be opened, unlock your device and choose Try Again. Contact support before reinstalling: reinstalling may remove local records.
